The GreenTec Spider range of mower arms comprises four models with reach ranging from 5.20m to 8.20m, and offers a simple and innovative solution for significantly increasing the working area. A centrally-placed side-shift unit allows the turret to be moved to the left or right. The rotating arm itself can be rotated through 180° and, combined with the +- 45° rotation of the arm, this gives a total working area of 270° around the tractor. The side-shift device ensures that the arm does not collide with the tractor cab when it is moved forward. This allows the mowing unit to always work within the driver's field of vision without the arm or the tractor itself obstructing the view and without the driver having to constantly turn around, offering additional safety and ergonomics. This concept offers unrivalled flexibility, as the mower unit can be placed in any position on either side of the tractor. The two pivot points are equipped with double-acting collision protection, so you can work both forwards and backwards, to the right and to the left, or even in the centre of the tractor.
